Rules & Requirements
Everything you need to submit a valid, approved LDR certification. Read carefully — incomplete submissions will not be certified.

Starting & Ending Documentation
Starting Point
- Complete the official Starting Form
- Have a witness (not yourself) sign it
- Include witness’s full name and address
Ending Point
- Complete the official Ending Form
- A witness (same or different) must sign
- Include witness’s full name and address
Log Page
- Use the official Log Page throughout the ride
- Record all times and timestamps
- List all cities and towns passed through
- Provides timeline and route validation

Receipts & Proof of Route
Start Receipt
- Date and time-stamped petrol station receipt at the beginning of your ride
- Write your starting odometer reading on this receipt immediately
- If no printed location, manually write the town name on the receipt
End Receipt
- Date and time-stamped petrol station receipt at the end of your ride
- Write your final odometer reading on this receipt
- Overseas riders: add the town name manually if not printed
Additional Receipts: Keep all receipts for meal stops, water purchases, and roadside services. These corroborate your route by proving you were in specific locations at specific times. Photocopy all receipts before submission — never send originals. Record your mileage on each petrol receipt for comprehensive evidence of your journey.

Route Documentation
You must provide a clear and traceable record of your entire journey.

Membership & Certification Fee
Certification with WoB Long Distance Ride includes your official certificate, a commemorative patch, and a decal. Fees vary by region:

Payment: Cheque payable to World of Bikers (WoB) Long Distance Ride. For additional merchandise, complete the Merchandise Order Form and attach the correct payment with your submission.

Final Submission Checklist
Before mailing your application, ensure all documents are clear, complete, and easy to read. Use this checklist to verify your packet before sending:
- ☑Starting Form — completed, signed by witness, with full name and address
- ☑Ending Form — completed, signed by witness, with full name and address
- ☑Log Page — all times and locations filled in for the full route
- ☑Start Petrol Receipt — with odometer reading written on it
- ☑End Petrol Receipt — with final odometer reading written on it
- ☑Photocopies of all other supporting receipts (meals, water, roadside services)
- ☑Route Documentation — map, total mileage, and ride duration
- ☑Contact Information — full name, address, phone, and email
- ☑Payment — certification fee + postage + any merchandise order
International Riders: Consider using a shop-and-ship service to obtain a US address — this can reduce mailing costs and improve tracking reliability. Write your sending address clearly to avoid delivery complications.
