World of Bikers ("we", "us", "our") operates the World of Bikers mobile application and the website at worldofbikers.org (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
When you register, we collect:
The app requests location access for the following purposes only:
We only request GPS location with your explicit permission, shown through your device's standard permission prompt, and you can revoke this at any time in your device settings.
Depending on which features you use, the app may ask you to upload:
Payments for shop orders, certification fees, and Marketplace boosts/subscriptions are processed by CCAvenue, a licensed third-party payment gateway. We do not receive, see, or store your card number, CVV, or full card details - these are entered directly into CCAvenue's own secure payment page. We do store your billing name, email, phone number, shipping address, and the transaction amount/reference, in order to process and confirm your order.
If you create a Marketplace listing or profile, we collect the listing details, photos, and contact information you choose to provide, which are shown to other users browsing the Marketplace.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use the following third-party services to operate the app. Each has its own privacy practices, governed by their own privacy policies:

Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure via Firebase, with industry-standard security practices. Payment credentials are stored only in Google Secret Manager and are never embedded in app code. Access to administrative functions is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by authentication and rate limiting.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from within the app (Account Settings Delete Account), or by contacting us at the email below. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data across our systems, except where we are required to retain certain records (e.g. transaction records) for legal or accounting purposes.
The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
