Returns & Refunds

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it.

Items must be unused and unwashed, in their original condition, with tags and packaging.

• Made-to-order or personalised items.
• Digital products, including LDR certificates and certification fees.
• Items marked as final sale.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery, and we cover the return shipping.

You can return an unused item for a refund. In that case you pay the return shipping. Please contact us first so we can give you the return instructions.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 working days after we receive and check the item.

Size exchanges are possible, subject to stock.

If you collected your order from our Dubai office, you can hand the return in there by arrangement.

Items bought on the WoB Marketplace are sold by members, so a purchase is between the buyer and the seller. This policy covers items sold by World of Bikers in the WoB Shop.
